How was your weekend?! I’ve been studying all weekend long! But I squeezed in some time to have some fun of course! Friday, we celebrated the Dutch Sinterklaasfeest: ‘pakjesavond’. It’s about buying presents for each other and writing a poem. That’s always a burden for me. I’ve never been good in writing poems. But this time I had a tearjerker. So I think I did a good job?! 😀 But please, can we just skip the poems next year Sinterklaas? 😀 What did you get from Sinterklaas? I’m spoiled with a heart shaped baking mould (so cute!) and a cake kit. Yummm, is it time for a party again? 😀 Let me tell you now about last week’s party!
Usually, Monday evenings are nothing special (except if you’re a true Supper Club party animal :D). But Monday last week, I was invited to get to know Karen Millen and try their beautiful clothing. I have been a fan of Karen Millen for years now. It’s an obligatory stop whenever I pass by this store. Feminine, classy, elegant, sophisticated. All the elements that make it Formula Farah proof. I tried on many pieces and fell in love with the fit and fabric of the black & white dress I’m wearing on the pictures. To give it a special touch I combined it with a shiny red clutch and sparkling shoes. To have a last perfectionizing touch, the girls of Blush n Blow took care of our beautiful make up. Shine baby, shine!
I had a lovely evening getting to know the brand more and had a good time with all the fellow Monday ‘dress up’ party animals :D. Still searching for your perfect Christmas or NYE dress? Just stop by Karen Millen and fell in love. Nothing more, nothing less.
Enjoy the images!
Psst..an inside fact I got to know last week: all their products are handmade. This means also all the embroidery & sequins. So beautiful!
Beautiful accessories in the perfect colors for the holiday season.
It’s all about the details 😉
Voila! My outfit á la Karen Millen.
A closer look to the details and the beautiful make up of Blush n Blow.
Are you excited for Christmas & NYE yet 😉 ?
Not only did Blush n Blow my make up, they also explained what she did and gave tips & tricks. Those all are always welcome 😀
All those pretty faces & beautiful clothing. Had a good time with all of you! & this was only a part of the whole group. Imagine the fun 😉
Last but not least: the beautiful Miriam Kamphuis, storemanager of the Karen Millen shops in Amsterdam. What a beautiful woman! I had a womancrush that night!
Thank you again for everything!
